Return and Refund Policy:
All new and unopened products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper, except for specific product guarantees as advertised on the specific greenroads.com product pages and official Green Roads marketing messaging distributed directly by Green Roads. To receive a refund or to return products, please contact our customer support team at +1 (833) 462 8922. For all products over 30 days, sales are considered final.
Exchange Policy:
If any products arrive damaged or broken, or part of your order is missing, you must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. If you receive a delivery notification from Green Roads and you believe your order was not delivered, you must notify the company in 7 days or you forfeit the ability to request a replacement.

Arbitration:
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or these terms and conditions, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Green Roads Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms of service carefully before participating in the Green Roads Rewards Program.
The Green Roads Rewards Program (“Program”) is brought to you by Green Roads, and benefits shall be considered void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Program, you consent to the Program terms and conditions set out below. Taxes may apply where required by law. Green Roads assumes no liability for any user's participation that contravenes the laws or regulations of his or her place of residence. Participation is subject to present and future program rules. Participation is valid only on greenroads.com and program rewards (“Points”) may only be earned and redeemed on greenroads.com (“website”).
No purchase is necessary to join in the Program.
All users who sign up for a customer account at greenroads.com with a valid username and password, except for those users who are part of the Green Roads Corporate Partnership Program, are automatically enrolled in the Program and can begin earning and redeeming Points according to the rules of the program. Guest users are not automatically enrolled in the program and will not earn points for purchases.
Eligibility; Privacy
The Program is offered only in the United States to individuals who are: (a) over 18 years of age as of the date of their first participation in the Program; and (b) legal US residents. When registering for the Program you agree to register only one (1) account for the purpose of accruing or earning Points. You must provide information accurately and completely when creating an account. The information you provide will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Earning Points
You must be logged into your greenroads.com account to earn points. You will earn 50 Points upon registering for an account on www.greenroads.com.
Registered users subsequently earn 1 Point for every $1 spent on greenroads.com. Points are earned based on the amount actually spent on greenroads.com products, not on the amounts of any discounts, account credits, taxes or shipping. If an order is cancelled, Points awarded for the purchase will be cancelled.
Expiration of Points
The Program is a benefit provided to regular customers of Green Roads. For accounts to stay in good standing and maintain their points balance, the account must complete at least one purchase every six months beginning on the date the account is created. If six months pass without a purchase by an account, the points accrued in that account will be forfeited. In addition, points will automatically expire if a user’s account is revoked or otherwise cancelled in accordance with greenroads.com terms and conditions.
Returns
Merchandise returns must be made in accordance with Green Roads' return policy available at greenroads.com. Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to Program Level status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
Employee Eligibility
All current employees of Green Roads are ineligible to participate in the Program.
Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed by logged-in users when making a purchase on greenroads.com. You must login to your account in order to redeem Points. Information about your points account may be viewed on Green Roads Rewards. Points can be redeemed while checking out on the website.
Account Termination
Participation in the Program is a privilege granted to greenroads.com users and as such can be suspended, revoked or terminated at any time by Green Roads for any reason or for no reason. In the event of termination of your participation, all benefits including all accrued Points and other program benefits will automatically and immediately be forfeited. In the event of termination of a user’s participation or a termination of the Program by Green Roads, Green Roads has no liability to participants for unused Points or other program benefits.
Intellectual Property
All Program design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by Green Roads and may be registered in the United States and internationally.
No Warranty
Green Roads and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, along with each such entity’s respective officers, directors, employees, and agents make no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Program or any products or services related to such Program.
Program Changes
Green Roads reserves the right to vary any or all of the terms of the Program, to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to discontinue the Program at any time without notice, and to modify or limit any benefits at any time.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of law rules.
